At Titan Sports, operated by Titans Sports Academy LLC, we understand that plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, missed classes, and program changes are handled.

By registering for a Titan Sports program, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.

​

1. Cancellations Before a Program Begins

​

Families may request a refund of eligible program fees before the scheduled start of a session, class series, or camp.

To request a cancellation and refund, please contact Titan Sports using the contact information provided on our website.

Refund requests must be received before the program's scheduled start date.

​

2. Cancellations After a Program Begins

​

Once a program or session has begun, program fees are generally non-refundable.

This includes withdrawals due to:

​

• Scheduling conflicts

• Vacations or travel

• Changes in personal plans

• A participant choosing not to continue

• Other circumstances outside Titan Sports' control

​

Titan Sports may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any exception is at Titan Sports' reasonable discretion unless otherwise required by law.

​

3. Annual Registration Fee

​

The $25 annual registration fee is non-refundable once processed, except where otherwise required by law.

The annual registration fee includes a Titan Sports jersey once per applicable annual registration period.

​

4. Jerseys

​

Parents and guardians are responsible for selecting the correct jersey size during registration.

Please carefully review the selected size before completing registration.

​

Once a jersey has been ordered, issued, customized, or distributed, the associated registration fee and jersey are non-refundable.

Titan Sports will make reasonable efforts to accommodate sizing concerns when possible, but replacement sizes cannot be guaranteed.

5. Missed Classes

​

Refunds, prorated refunds, or credits are generally not provided for classes missed by a participant.

Due to the short duration and structured schedule of our programs, refunds, prorated refunds, credits, or make-up classes are generally not provided for participant absences.

​

This includes missed classes due to illness, vacations, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances. We encourage families to attend all scheduled classes to get the most out of the Titan Sports experience.

​

6. Weather and Safety Cancellations

​

The safety of our participants and coaches comes first.

Titan Sports may cancel, postpone, shorten, relocate, or reschedule a class because of:

​

• Extreme heat

• Severe or unsafe weather

• Lightning or storms

• Unsafe field or facility conditions

• Facility closures

• Air-quality concerns

• Emergencies

• Other circumstances that could affect participant safety

 

When Titan Sports cancels a class, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a make-up class, rescheduled date, alternate location, program credit, or other appropriate accommodation when feasible.

Individual refunds are generally not issued for a single weather-related cancellation when a reasonable make-up or alternative is provided.

7. Facility or School Closures

​

Because Titan Sports provides mobile programs at preschools, childcare centers, schools, parks, and community facilities, circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect scheduled classes.

​

If a partner school, childcare center, facility, park, or other program location becomes unavailable, Titan Sports may attempt to reschedule the class, relocate the program, provide a make-up class, or offer another reasonable alternative.

​

8. Titan Sports Program Cancellations

​

Titan Sports reserves the right to cancel a program because of insufficient enrollment, facility availability, staffing issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances that prevent the program from reasonably operating.

​

If Titan Sports cancels an entire program before it begins, families will receive an appropriate refund of eligible program fees or may be offered the option of transferring the amount to another available Titan Sports program.

​

If Titan Sports permanently cancels the remaining portion of a program that has already begun and cannot provide reasonable make-up sessions or another appropriate alternative, affected families may receive a prorated refund or program credit for the portion of the program that Titan Sports is unable to provide.

​

9. Participant Removal

​

Titan Sports is committed to providing a safe, positive, and age-appropriate environment.

In rare circumstances, Titan Sports may need to remove a participant from a program when the participant's behavior creates a significant or repeated safety risk, substantially disrupts the program, or prevents coaches from safely conducting activities.

Titan Sports will make reasonable efforts to address concerns with the parent or guardian before removing a participant when circumstances permit.

Refund eligibility following removal will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable law.

10. Refund Processing

​

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible.

​

Banks and payment processors may require additional time to post an approved refund to an account after Titan Sports processes it.

Any processing time controlled by a bank, card issuer, or payment provider is outside Titan Sports' control.

​

11. Transfers and Program Credits

​

Titan Sports may, at its discretion, allow an eligible registration to be transferred to another available program or issue a program credit instead of a refund.

​

Transfers and credits are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless specifically offered by Titan Sports.

​

12. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

​

To request a cancellation, refund, transfer, or program credit, please contact Titan Sports using the contact information provided on our website.

​

Please include:

​

• Parent or guardian name

• Participant's name

• Program or location

• Reason for the request

​

Titan Sports will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

​

13. Policy Changes

​

Titan Sports may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically.

​

The policy applicable to a registration will generally be the policy in effect when the applicable program was purchased, unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to the customer.
