TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: September 9, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern registration for and participation in programs, classes, camps, events, and other services offered by Titans Sports Academy LLC, doing business as Titan Sports ("Titan Sports," "we," "us," or "our").

By registering a child for a Titan Sports program, making a payment, or otherwise using our services, the registering parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.

1. Parent or Guardian Authorization

Registration for a minor must be completed or authorized by the child's parent or legal guardian or by another adult who has appropriate authority to register the child.

By registering a participant, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to make decisions regarding the child's participation.

2. Program Eligibility

Titan Sports offers age-appropriate youth sports and movement programs. Programs may have specific age requirements, enrollment limits, schedules, locations, or other participation requirements.

Parents and guardians are responsible for registering their child for the appropriate age group and providing accurate information regarding the child's age.

Titan Sports reserves the right to recommend or require that a participant be moved to a different class when reasonably necessary based on age, safety, program structure, or developmental appropriateness.

3. Registration and Payment

Enrollment is not guaranteed until registration requirements have been completed and any required program fees have been paid.

Program pricing may vary depending on the participant's age group, program type, location, duration, or other factors. Current pricing will be displayed during registration or otherwise communicated before enrollment.

Unless otherwise stated, Titan Sports' standard six-week program pricing is:

  • Tiny Titans (18 months–2½ years): $85

  • Junior Titans (2½–4 years): $95

  • Titans (4–6 years): $105

Prices apply to one six-week session unless otherwise stated.

Titan Sports reserves the right to change pricing for future programs. Any price changes will not retroactively increase the price of a program that has already been fully purchased.

4. Annual Registration Fee and Jersey

A $25 annual registration fee applies to participants as indicated during registration.

Participants receive a Titan Sports jersey once per applicable annual registration period after payment of the annual registration fee.

Parents and guardians are responsible for selecting the appropriate jersey size during registration. Titan Sports will make reasonable efforts to accommodate sizing concerns, but replacement sizes cannot be guaranteed once a jersey has been ordered, customized, distributed, or worn.

Annual registration fees and issued or ordered jerseys are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

5. Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change.

Families may request a refund of eligible program fees before the scheduled start of a session.

Once a session has begun, program fees are generally non-refundable.

If Titan Sports cancels an entire program and does not provide an appropriate replacement or alternative, affected families may receive an applicable refund or program credit.

Annual registration fees and issued or ordered jerseys are generally non-refundable.

Any exception to this policy is at Titan Sports' reasonable discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Missed Classes

Participants are encouraged to attend all scheduled classes.

Due to the short duration and structured schedule of our programs, refunds, prorated refunds, credits, or make-up classes are generally not provided for participant absences.

This includes missed classes due to illness, vacations, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances. We encourage families to attend all scheduled classes to get the most out of the Titan Sports experience.

7. Weather, Facility Closures, and Cancellations

Titan Sports may modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel a class because of weather, unsafe field or facility conditions, excessive heat, facility closures, instructor availability, emergencies, or other circumstances that may affect participant safety or program operations.

When reasonably possible, Titan Sports may provide a make-up class, alternate location, rescheduled date, program credit, or another reasonable accommodation.

The safety of participants and coaches will take priority when determining whether a program can safely operate.

8. Program Locations

Titan Sports is a mobile youth sports enrichment program and may provide services at preschools, childcare centers, schools, parks, community facilities, and other partner locations.

Participants and their families must comply with reasonable rules established by the facility or partner location where a Titan Sports program is being conducted.

A facility or partner organization's policies may be separate from these Terms.

9. Participant Conduct

Titan Sports strives to provide a positive, safe, encouraging, and age-appropriate environment.

Participants are expected to follow reasonable instructions from Titan Sports coaches and staff.

Behavior that creates a significant or repeated safety risk, substantially disrupts the program, intentionally harms another participant, or prevents coaches from safely conducting a class may result in the participant being temporarily removed from an activity or program.

Titan Sports will make reasonable efforts to work with parents or guardians when behavioral concerns arise.

10. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate registration and emergency contact information and keeping relevant information reasonably current.

Parents and guardians are also responsible for following any arrival, departure, supervision, pickup, or check-in procedures applicable to a particular program or location.

For programs requiring a parent or guardian to remain present, the responsible adult must remain available for the duration of the activity.

11. Health and Participation

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether their child is able to participate in Titan Sports activities and for providing relevant information necessary for safe participation.

Parents or guardians should inform Titan Sports of information that may reasonably affect a child's safe participation in program activities.

Participation may be limited or discontinued when Titan Sports reasonably determines that continuing an activity presents an immediate safety concern.

12. Assumption of Risk and Participation Waiver

Youth sports and physical activities involve inherent risks, including falls, collisions, contact with equipment or other participants, and other injuries associated with physical activity.

Registration for a Titan Sports program may require acceptance of a separate Participation Waiver, Release of Liability, and Assumption of Risk Agreement.

These Terms do not replace any separate participation waiver or release presented during registration.

If a participation waiver is required, enrollment and participation may be conditioned upon its acceptance by the participant's parent or legal guardian.

13. Emergency Situations

If a participant requires immediate medical attention and a parent or guardian cannot be reached promptly, Titan Sports personnel may contact emergency medical services or take other reasonable actions they believe are necessary to protect the participant.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for medical expenses incurred on behalf of their child unless otherwise required by law.

14. Photography and Video

Titan Sports may photograph or record certain programs, events, demonstrations, or activities.

Permission to use an identifiable child's photograph, video, likeness, or image for advertising, promotional, website, social media, or other marketing purposes may be governed by a separate photo/video authorization or consent provided by the participant's parent or legal guardian.

Acceptance of these Terms alone does not constitute permission for promotional use of a child's image when separate authorization is required.

15. Communications

By providing contact information, parents and guardians agree that Titan Sports may contact them regarding registrations, payments, schedules, class reminders, cancellations, weather updates, program changes, customer service matters, and other communications reasonably related to their participation.

Marketing or promotional communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Titan Sports' Privacy Policy.

16. Personal Property

Participants and families are responsible for their personal belongings.

Titan Sports is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged personal property except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

We recommend that valuable personal items not be brought to programs.

17. Program Changes

Titan Sports may make reasonable changes to program activities, sports rotations, coaches, equipment, schedules, locations, class structures, or other program elements.

Individual activities may be adjusted based on participant age, developmental level, weather, facility limitations, equipment availability, safety considerations, or other operational needs.

18. Website and Online Services

19. Privacy

Personal information collected through our website, registration process, communications, or programs will be handled in accordance with the Titan Sports Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Parents and guardians should review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.

20. Third-Party Services

Titan Sports may use third-party providers for website hosting, registration, payment processing, communications, scheduling, customer management, analytics, or other business services.

Use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policies.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Titan Sports and Titans Sports Academy LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

Any separate liability waiver or assumption-of-risk agreement accepted during registration will be governed by its own terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to applicable conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or Titan Sports services will be handled in accordance with applicable Arizona and federal law.

23. Changes to These Terms

Titan Sports may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our programs, policies, services, technology, or legal requirements.

The current version will be posted on our website with its effective or updated date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or permitted by law.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
